Training-only courses, coaching programs, and done-with-you services solve different problems at very different prices. Here's how to judge them all on the same criteria.

| Category | Typical price | What you get | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Training-only course | $50–$1,000 | Self-paced video curriculum, no personal feedback | Self-directed learners testing the waters |
| Training + coaching | $1,000–$5,000 | Curriculum plus group or 1:1 coaching, community, feedback loops | Committed builders who want accountability |
| Done-with-you / agency hybrid | $5,000+ | Implementation help alongside training | Funded operators who value speed over cost |
Price alone tells you the category, not the quality. The evaluation criteria below apply to all three.
Pricing transparency — does the seller state the full price before a sales call, and does network data show what buyers actually pay? Refund clarity — is the refund policy written, specific, and consistent with the network's historical refund data? Curriculum specificity — is there a defined syllabus focused on one subject, or vague promises of "everything you need"? Seller verification — is the seller verifiable on the network they sell through? Claims discipline — does the marketing avoid income guarantees? A program that promises outcomes is disqualified by that promise.
As a worked example in the training-plus-coaching band: 7-Figure Accelerator (Philip Johansen, sold via JVZoo) lists at $3,997 with a payment plan; JVZoo's historical data shows buyers actually paid ~$1,820–$1,840 on average, with refund rates between 7.24% and 9.66% depending on row and date. It scores well on pricing verifiability (the network publishes its data) and subject focus (high-ticket affiliate marketing specifically); the extensive upsell funnel is the main thing to budget around.
